August Tips & Tricks

Have you planned for remote interviews?

With Level 4 Lockdown extended, we’ve made the call to move all our Meet & Greet events online. Online recruitment has become the new normal over the past 18 months, so here are our tips for helping you find your perfect interns and grads with a virtual process.

Want to hire before summer?

Now’s good! We’re encouraging everyone seeking a 2021 graduate to get your offers out BEFORE our Meet & Greet event. This is for a full time roles starting anytime between now or early 2022. Demand for graduates has been hot hot hot and we’d love for final year students to know where they stand before intern recruitment season gets underway. You can list graduate or part-time roles at any time of year! Given the rise in demand for IT grads this year, we have updated our guidelines for hiring graduates through our programme. Contact our team for more information.

That's it for August! See you at Meet & Greet… and remember we are only one click away if you get stuck or need to ask a question!
