Employers Pricing and costs

We charge an annual registration fee and a success fee for successful placement of a intern or graduate role. We keep our fees as low as possible. As a registered New Zealand Charity, all revenue gets invested into achieving our mission to bridge the gap between learning and earning for Aotearoa’s Tech community.

 
 

Registration fees

Register for our programme, and you’ll get access to our candidates, unlimited job listings and support from our friendly and experienced team.

Annually

 

  • Access to all candidate profiles. This includes students and recent graduates seeking paid internships, part-time or full-time employment

  • Unlimited job listings (internships, part and full-time) until 31 December

  • Access to our online Meet & Greet event

  • Hands-on support from the SoT crew throughout the recruitment process

  • Resources to help before, during and after you find your candidates

Meet & Greet

 

$250 + GST per table

Kick off recruitment season, maximise exposure for your employer brand and connect with amazing candidates at our in-person Meet & Greet recruitment events.

We also run an online Meet & Greet, which is free to attend as an employer.

Success fees

Success fees are payable per candidate you hire, upon their acceptance of your employment offer. The fees are based on the size of your organisation and length of the employment for the role i.e. an intern / contract role (< 9 months) or graduate role (full-time employee).

 

Interns

 

$1,900 + GST

Per intern or short-term contractor you hire (<9 months) for organisations with 50 employees or more based in Aotearoa

$950 + GST

Per intern or short term contractor you hire (<9 months) for organisations with up to 49 employees based in Aotearoa.

 

Graduates

 

$3,800 + GST

Per graduate or long-term contractor you hire (>9 months) for organisations with 50 employees or more based in Aotearoa.

$1,900 + GST

Per graduate or long-term contractor you hire (>9 months) for organisations with up to 49 employees based in Aotearoa.
